Tree Lighting and a Birthday

We started getting into the holiday spirit early by going to the Dunwoody tree lighting! The kids had a blast seeing reindeer, having their faces painted, and waiting in a very long line for a balloon animal! The weather was quite cold so it felt much like Christmas, even if it was Pops' birthday!

Charlie stuck to the Thanksgiving season and asked for pumpkin pie on his face!

Livy was inspired by the reindeer and wanted to become one!

Sissy wanted to be a little elf!

For his balloon animal Charlie really wanted a turkey, but that wasn't a choice so he went with a penguin that he fondly named Penguino!

Sissy kept her elf theme and requested a hat to go with it!

Livy chose a gingerbread man!

We had a fun time at Nay and Livy's enjoying spaghetti and meatballs (one of Pops' favorites) and Italian cream cake for dessert! We sang happy birthday and the kids were very eager to help with the presents!

Charlie and SG made cards that they were so proud to give!
