The Growing Caldwell Family

I love this picture. It feels like a snapshot of how everyone is, including Lucy wanting to be part of the gang! Livy sure does love her Aaron! Love and Pops with these cuties. Charlie even joined in with Nay and Livy!

Aaron took care of a lot of the cooking for the yummy breakfast we served! These cuties were ready for friends to arrive! Charlie was very cute and made the determination that he couldn't go on playing until he ate some food! The piñata was a big hit with all the kids! They patiently waited for their turn, gave it a few whacks, and got back in line for more!  Evan was ready to give it a good hit! Andrew was getting into the piñata! Michael was pumped about his candy! When there was a big hole and the piñata finally came down, they were so excited and enjoyed picking through the candy for their favorites! It reminded me of Halloween! Time for cake and Charlie was excited! He was eager for his moment in the spotlight and seemed to enjoy it! Charlie chose SpongeBob for his party theme! He had lots of choices and SpongeBob was what he really wanted and he was definite he wanted it at home! Charlie is a boy who knows what he wants! They love these window clings! Aaron picked up this fun bean bag toss game to add to the backyard fun with the bounce house! Spongebob water! We had to have the menu from the Krusty Krab! It was fun thinking of ways to make Charlie's favorites fit with the menu.  Charlie loves sausage biscuits, so we made those "krabby patties", pigs in a blanket became "salty sea dogs", we did tater tots for "coral bits", ketchup was "salty sauce", strawberry smoothies were "kelp shakes", Charlie suggested "Gary's grapes", and nutter butter cookies were "Sandy's snacks." I think the kids enjoyed the themed menu! We had to include birthday cookies! Charlie delighted in helping make these! The
