The Growing Caldwell Family

Charlie continued to have fun at basketball and kept improving his skills all season! Snack after the game was also a highlight for him! Lovie came to his game and cheered him on!

We had a fun dinner with Lovie enjoying a local Italian restaurant. Lovie was back after a couple of weeks away, so we were happy to have the opportunity to spend time with her. Charlie was off to a sleepover and Sarah Graves relished being the only kid. She was so cute and loved her food, which made it a fun night!

Several years ago, Sarah Graves started asking about painting her room. We made the deal that for her tenth birthday we would paint her room. All year we talked about ideas, visions, and how we might change her room. She was excited to make a change, but also felt the pressure of committing to one design. Then after much debate, she was ready to make a choice and we went for it! One last picture with her key lime green walls and the "You are a dream come true" saying. She is still a dream come true, but it was time to move on. I have such fond memories of putting together that room with great anticipation for the arrival of that precious baby! It's hard to believe ten years have passed so quick.  Charlie was just as excited for her! She was so excited to get to roll the paint on! Charlie had the fun idea to paint a 10 on the wall! Charlie continues to love playing basketball! He enjoys the time with his buddies and is on the move the entire game.  Charlie and Harrison These are their cheerleaders and so fun that one of the girls is in Charlie's class at school. When Aaron and the kids came down with the flu, Grandaddy and MiMi weren't able to come celebrate the holidays with us. So, they shipped gifts to us and we Skyped with them giving us all a last holiday celebration!  More books she has been anxious to read! This girl loves to read! A Harry Potter Lego set! Nerf war ready! An LSU puzzle! We can't wait to put it together with Grandaddy and MiMi!

There are moments when Charlie is so very loving to Lucy.  As she gets older, he becomes more tender with her. He has a loving heart.
