Visit with Santa

Image
I love how our Santa pics turned out this year! Rod is very kind and keeps thinking of ways to keep it fresh! Sarah Graves and Charlie are very sweet and don't complain about going for portraits with Santa. I love the momento for each year! Santa is photo bombing us! I love this fence pose for my big kids!  My cool kid! This beautiful girl has gotten so tall! They each asked for one thing and Santa was astounded they didn't have a longer list. They are very grateful when it comes to toys and extras.  I love how our card turned out this year!

Visit with Santa

We had another fun visit with Santa! We brought a couple of props to make the pictures fun and reflect that they are big kids now.  Santa was down to play xBox with Char! So cute to grab a selfie with Santa! He was pleased that SG baked a few cookies.  Cookies with Santa! I am so grateful they indulge me in this fun tradition of going to visit Santa!

Santa Came!

Christmas morning was full of excitement! Sarah Graves was up first and eager to see if Santa came! She very nicely came and got the rest of us so we could enjoy it together! Santa brought Charlie several things he wanted - the football he asked for plus a new electric circuit set and a BB gun!  Sarah Graves was very excited to see this Barbie house! It was the only thing she asked for and it is quite large! She is very excited that the family can park in the garage and loved the cute little desk with lift up top and the fun, pink, office chair!  She also got some Mad Matr and a book of Guinness World Records! She kept calling it Genesis and didn't believe us until finally a friend corrected her! We came down to find Lucy had already discovered her new. bed and was already in love! We spent the rest of the morning going through stockings and opening gifts from one another! We took a break to enjoy breakfast of French toast casserole and no one cared that there was not bacon be...

Santa Visit

In a year where many things were not the same, we were so excited that our usual photographer for Santa portraits was still doing them at Bulloch Hall. The day was beautiful! This girl loved to twirl in her dress! This guy loved to climb in the trees! We couldn't resist some patriotic pictures with all the flags out front in honor of Veteran's Day.  Santa was as kind and friendly as ever. Sarah Graves gets nervous but pushed through and described for Santa the Barbie house that she wanted - a giant one that has a treehouse and garage! Charlie was more nervous and only told Santa about the football he wanted. We thought he wasn't smiling because he was nervous, but it turns out he is self-conscious about the gap between his front teeth! After pictures, Lovie took us all to lunch and to walk around Roswell square. It was nice to have an afternoon out!
