The Growing Caldwell Family

After a day of Black Friday shopping we came back together for spaghetti and meatballs and cake to celebrate Pops' birthday! SG very sweetly made Pops a chocolate cake with peanut butter cream icing! It was quite yummy! After dinner the kids gave a karaoke performance before we turned on football!  

This time of year we enjoy walking by the lake to skip rocks and walking through the woods in the fall.   These two opened a rock factory where they crushed rocks for the dust! It is so peaceful and quiet around the lake this time of year.  

We started off with some fun playing Skyjo, the recent favorite card game! Pops won and we all enjoyed it! Sis and Livy enjoying Toca Boca together.  Grateful we could celebrate and enjoy delicious food together! The day was pretty quiet with time to watch the Macy's Day Parade, watch Christmas movies, and work on a puzzle.   

We had a lovely Thanksgiving at the lake all together. There was a tasty meal, celebrating Pops' birthday, karaoke, cookie decorating, and Black Friday shopping trips.  Thanksgiving poppers created a festive feel! Upon returning home we found our elves, Rainbow Bobby and Elfa Claire, returned to bring Christmas magic to our home!
