Easter Afternoon

After church, we worked on getting some family pictures since we were all dressed up!

I love this picture! Thanks to Nay for taking a good one!

When we came home the kids were excited to open their baskets from Lovie and Pops. Peep lollipops were a big hit and so were the new pjs!

I gave each of the kids new swimsuits and decided to plan a scavenger hunt of sorts to make it more fun! Lovie and Pops had clues and there was an obstacle where they had to unwind a piece of string to get to the clue!
Charlie was so excited and very pleased that he could read the clues!

Livy had fun with the big kids, but was really hoping the prize was a new toy!

Our cookies looked so yummy!

Lunch was pretty simple with ham, asparagus, loaded baked potato casserole, fruit, deviled eggs, and a cake. I also made Bellinis which turned out really well.

I was really pleased with how bright and vibrant this rainbow cake turned out!

After lunch the kids were ready to hunt eggs!
A fun time with sweet kiddos! Love their good moods!

After they found most of the eggs, they decided to hide some for the grownups! They were good hiders!

I think this Easter might have been our best one. It felt fun and relaxed. The kids seemed to enjoy themselves too! I asked them for feedback on any parts that we should change and they said there was nothing.
