Brave Boy

Charlie has had a wart on his foot that has really been bothering him. If he steps wrong or steps on a toy, it hurts him so bad it brings tears to his eyes. So we made an appointment to see the dermatologist hoping they could remove it. He was a little nervous, but he never complained.
The dermatologist confirmed that it is a wart and laid out several options, one of which was freeing. She said that kids don't usually tolerate the discomfort of freezing but we could try it since it works the best. Charlie was so brave and never complained once about the discomfort! I held his hand and he sat there and let her do it a few times. She said adults rarely handle it that easy and he was a real trooper!
