Fall Softball for Sis

What a softball season it was! It started off with nerves as she joined a team where she did n't know many girls and felt some concern, but when they picked the name Party Queens and showed there spirit, she knew she was on the right team!

The Party Queens had a good regular season and they went into the county tournament with good spirits. Who knew where all those cheers and support for one another would take them!
These coaches were so good! They kept it positive; made it fun; and taught the girls so skills too!
During the tournament the coaches acknowledged each girl and Sarah Graves received the superlative "Goodeye Queen"! Perfect for her since she has a great record for getting on base, even when she doesn't get a hit.

Lovie and Pops were there to cheer her on at games and the tournament!
The tournament was two days and they ended the first day 2 and 1 losing to another Rhyne Park team, the HERicanes. We played this team 3 times in regular season and lost each time.

The second day was the finals and they won their first game and made it look so easy!

Their final game was against the HERicanes and this time the Party Queens were ready for the win, 10-4! It was a beautiful game and the Party Queens cheered and danced their hearts out the whole time!

They played other 12U teams in Cobb County and came out on top!

They made up a dance and chant, "When the Party Queens rock the house they rock it all the way down!" and even the coaches learned it! Such a fun team and winning it all is always sweet!

Celebratory dinner and a yummy dessert!

We have a favorite doughnut shop that is further from our house, but we always go when she plays at the ballpark near there. Dough in the Box makes an early morning game fun!

This girl tries hard, supports her teammates, and helps her team get the RBI!
