Animal Kingdom

Tinker belle brought her this fun outfit and she was feeling sassy all day! I love watching her feel good about herself. She moves through the world in a different way as though she finally feels as darling as we think she is.

Our favorite thing at Animal Kingdom on our last visit was The Lion King show. It is an awesome interpretation of the story using acrobats and bringing the songs to life in a really neat way.

Charlie was watching it all intently.

Simba!

We enjoyed a character meal at Tusker House.

Goofy was ready to dance with Sissy!

We went into the restaurant hot, thirsty, and cranky and we came out having enjoyed some tasty food, fun times with characters, and ready for a fun afternoon!

We found a great photographer who captured some magical shots and some really fun shots of us!

I looked it up and Fichwa Fellow is beloved to translate to Hidden Mickey in Swahili.

We went to see It's a Bug's Life. They have added a part where roaches are crawling along the seat and it is creepy feeling!

Pluto was the last major character that we needed to meet.

Sarah Graves was thrilled with Expedition Everest! She said it was her favorite ride at Disney because it goes forward and backward! It is a really fun ride!

We ended our day at Anima Kingdom with dinner at Yak and Yetti.

Charlie was feeling artistic after he ate most of his food!

The picture does not do it justice, but they have started keeping Animal Kingdom open in the evening and they do a show where the tree of life is lit up and looks really cool.

All too soon our days at Disney were over and it was time to pack up and head back to school. We had a great trip with some wonderful memories. It is a lot of fun to step out of our routine and really enjoy being with each other.
