He Is Risen!

we spent a lovely morning enjoying E.B.'s visit to our house.
A scrapbook kit, pool float, and personal fan were big items for Sissy.

A football for the water, pool float, and personal fan were big items for Charlie.

Charlie could have been really upset when the bow tie I purchased for him was too big and he really wanted to wear it. He tooka minute to regroup and we picked another and he got okay. Little moments of maturity are so appreciated!

After a beautiful church service filled with beautiful music from handbells, organ, and choir; we came home for a yummy lunch.
Sissy made these tasty cupcakes with peeps on top!

She also wrote out our menu for the day.

Ms. Janan joined us for church and lunch.

Mom and Dad brought us lovely calla lilies to celebrate.

I was very proud of my charcuterie board and everyone enjoyed the pre-lunch snacks!

Lunch was tasty too!

After lunch we had an egg hunt for the kids! I filled 20 eggs with varying amounts of change for each kid. Each kid had their own color of egg, so there was no arguing or getting upset that one person found all the eggs! It made for a fun time and they were happy to open the eggs and count their money!

It was a fun day with family!
