Legoland Amusement Park

Our first day in the park was awesome!
It would be an understatement to say the kids were excited!

They loved the breakfast at the hotel. The buffet was right up their alley and meeting characters was an added bonus.

We couldn't believe how close the hotel is to the park! It is just a few steps and such an easy entrance. That gave us a relaxing start to the day!

We quickly got to riding rides. They loved all of them! Roller coasters, too!

A two story carousel was super cool!

We caught the water ski show, which was neat.

We couldn't resist Emmett and Wildstyle!

We thought the vacationer sculpture was hilarious! The whole in his sock was a great detail.

The kids were so enthused about all the cool Lego details around. They wanted pictures with all of them!

Sarah Graves was so thrilled to visit Heart Lake City and see all the girls!

I thought this ride was super cool because it spun out over the water and felt really neat.

To our surprise the kids really loved the Duplo area. It is totally geared toward toddlers, but they had fun.

Our only disappointment was riding the Quest for Chi. They warned you get wet, but they should have said you get drenched! I mean to the bone! The kids took off their wet shirts and wore their jackets the rest of the day. When we got off Charlie said, "that was humiliating!" because people were watching us, laughing and shooting more water at us! It was the end of the day and they wanted to head back to the pool anyway.

After swimming and showering, we enjoyed a late dinner out. I think we all thoroughly enjoyed our day!
