The Growing Caldwell Family

We picked Sissy up from camp and were ready for some time together!  We stopped off at Dwarf House where Sis can get a waffle and Char can get sweet potato casserole! To continue our time together, we headed to Six Flags and rode some coasters!  A little family time to get us back in sync with each other! My mom heart is full all of us being together!  

While SG was off to camp, Charlie had some time to be only kid! We celebrated Aaron's birthday with a trip to Cheesecake Factory! Charlie had some fun play dates with buddies.  Charlie and Ziggy enjoy making their own special drink concoctions, no recipe needed! Charlie and Eli had fun tossing the baseball and hanging out.  Charlie went to a Braves baseball clinic. He met a former Braves player and his pitching coach was one of the coaches for the clinic! He also met some up and coming college players who worked with the kids at the clinic! All in all, he had fun doing things he enjoys!  

Sarah Graves planned her summer to the fullest! With her week with friends over, it was time for Sarah Graves to head off to camp!  We stopped off for lunch to make sure she started the week off well! Eager to get to her cabin, she paused for a quick pic! We barely get a goodbye, she is so eager to get with the counselors and girls! She had a fun time, met new girls, and enjoyed some of the camp traditions she loves!  

Sarah Graves had the idea to spend the week at the lake with her friends. Lovie and Pops held a week in the summer for them to be the only guests and I think they had a great time! They planned their menu, Sarah Graves did most of the cooking (she learned that entertaining can be a lot of work), and Lovie and Pops helped them do all the lake things! Elizabeth, Sarah Graves, Chloe, and Carrie They got into karaoke! We did a photoshoot at dusk. The girls put on their dresses and got all fixed up. Carrie and Elizabeth went for some night swimming. Many thanks to Lovie and Pops for hosting them and making this a memorable week!  

Charlie made a solo trip to Shreveport. The trip got off to a rough start when Aaron's car broke down on the way to bring Charlie to Grancy. Due to some mixups with AAA, they were on the side of the interstate for several hours in the summer heat. Lovie and Pops were at the lake and went to get them while Grancy and Gramma came on to get Charlie. What a day! Grancy and Ger Ger took Charlie, Hunter, and Mason camping in a cabin at Jellystone! Fun to have cousin time and pool time! He and. Grancy had some time just the two of them too! Grandaddy and MiMi drove Char back to the lake and we spent an evening with them! Fun to get a short visit in with them! This was their first time to visit the lake during the summer!
