Famous Composers

In music, they have been learning about famous composers. They were asked to do a presentation on a composer they selected and could choose to do something like a skit. Sarah Graves chose George Gershwin because she really enjoyed his piece, Rhapsody in Blue. 

She wrote a short skit showing how he was introduced to music as a child. First the violin and later he learned the piano. 

I am always impressed when teachers make history and learning come to life for our kids!
