The Growing Caldwell Family

Meet the newest addition to Sarah Graves' collection, Lilo! We went to the Disney store and she fell in love with this doll from the movie Lilo and Stitch. Aunt Barbara and Uncle Les gave her a gift card and she was so excited to use it to get this doll. Of course, we had to rearrange her room to make space for another bed!

Our beloved doula and the company she works for had a reunion for previous clients. It was so fun to see Pam and for her to see our big kids. I feel so grateful that Aaron and I met Pam and that she has given us a lot of resources and ideas that really influenced the birth of our babies and how we parent them. The kids had a great time playing at the park and playing with sidewalk chalk.

I had sweet celebrations with the kids to honor me for Mother's Day when they had Goodies for Gals at school! I had some sweet treat at Sarah Graves' and muffins with Charlie! They made cute things and I got lots of hugs and "I love you's!" It was also cute to see the kids with their friends!  My man was so proud of the picture frame he painted and the precious picture of him in it!

Sarah Graves has loved taking gymnastics and she has learned so much! She works at her skills daily and the hard work pays off! Some of her biggest fans came to cheer her on!

SG had a great time and did a great job performing at her gymnastics show ! She is the kiddo in the red lei and she has finally got her cartwheel down! She practices so much and I know she felt proud that she could do it.

After a long day at work we decided to eat out rather than cook at home. These two were so full of love and affection for me. I am grateful for their love and for the times when I am in the right place to get all that affection  and appreciate it!

On a gorgeous spring evening we had a great time grilling and eating dinner outside at Lovie and Pops'. Sarah Gravrs was away at her first sleepover at her friend Mallory's house, but the rest of us were happy to spend an evening together enjoying good food and each other. Pops has a grill and Charlie has a grill. On this night Charlie cleaned his while Pops cooked on his! He was so focused and felt so important doing it. Charlie and Olivia love each other. She adores him and he lights up for her. It is very sweet. Of course, when he is watching TV he is like most guys and can barely pay attention to her! I am so grateful for the time we get to spend with family.

The kids had a teacher work day, so they were able to come join me for lunch at work! It reminded me of the days when Sarah Graves and I could have lunch together. Always a sweet spot to get a little extra time with them!

We have really enjoyed watching baby caterpillars become butterflies!  We started with 5 little caterpillars that quickly got fat! We stood and watched as those caterpillars one by one went into their chrysalis. It was so neat to watch them work and work then hang on. And finally, we have 5 brand new butterflies! Charlie and SG were both interested to see them change and Char will tell you all about it!

Children's Sunday was a nice way for the kids to share their gifts with the parish and the choir gave a big performance to end the year! Sarah Graves and her St. Cecelia's choir buddies did a great job! Sweet baby Livy came to watch! Charlie and Olivia love each other so much! They get very excited to see one another. So sweet! They also argue with each other like siblings!
